The Mantra Meant For You

Your Sacred Vibration

Trust in your mantra, as it guides you inward.

The word "mantra" comes from two Sanskrit roots: man- meaning "mind" and -tra meaning "instrument." So, a mantra is essentially an instrument for the mind—a powerful sound or vibration that helps you dive into a deep, meditative state. In Primordial Sound Meditation, the mantra helps shift you from busy thoughts into quiet stillness.

When you repeat your mantra naturally, without forcing or focusing too hard, it flows like a beautiful song. If you catch yourself getting lost in a thought, gently come back to your mantra—no judgment. There’s no need to fight the thoughts, just release them. As you silently repeat your mantra, the sound becomes softer and more abstract, expanding your awareness. Eventually, you reach a place of deep stillness, connecting with the pure energy where the mantra began.  This is referred to as “the Gap”—the space between thoughts.

Everything in creation is made of sound or vibration. Your personal mantra reflects the sound or vibration the universe was making when and where you were born. It’s the moment your awareness moved from limitless potential into your unique life. Your mantra holds the vibration of that very instant—a primordial sound that connects you to your true essence.
